- Tube Laser Cutting: 6kW HSG TS2 tube laser with dual intelligent chucks. Round up to 10.75" diameter, square up to 8.66".
- Tube Processing: CNC tube bending, end forming, swaging, and flaring for structural frames and assemblies.
- CNC Machining: 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining. 10' x 30' router table. CNC turning up to 16.8" diameter x 61" length. Aluminum, stainless, titanium, Inconel, tool steels.
- Welding: AWS-certified TIG and MIG welding with 40+ stations. Aluminum, steel, stainless, Inconel, titanium.
- Laser Welding: Fiber laser welding for thin-gauge materials, hermetic seals, and minimal heat distortion applications.
- Saw Cutting: Production band saw cutting for bar stock, structural shapes, plate, and tubing.
- Assembly: Build-to-print and design-to-spec assembly with functional testing before ship. Complete rack assemblies for data center applications.
- Paint & Powder Coat: In-house 16' x 40' paint booth for epoxy primers, durability coatings, EMI shielding, and industrial powder coating.
