About the role
Plan, schedule, and track all aspects of production at Werco Manufacturing. Create travelers, manage work-in-progress (WIP) schedules, and coordinate workflow to ensure on-time delivery across aerospace, defense, industrial, and data center programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (JobBOSS, Epicor, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to write and maintain reports, travelers, and standard operating procedures
Preferred qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
- Experience in aerospace, defense, oil & gas, or other critical industries
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, etc.)
- Experience with JobBOSS specifically
