Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Werco Manufacturing website at wercomfg.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes about Werco Manufacturing's capabilities, services, and programs. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Request for Quote (RFQ) Submissions

Submitting an RFQ through the Site does not constitute a binding contract or agreement. All quotes provided by Werco Manufacturing are estimates and are subject to final review, engineering assessment, and formal agreement between parties. Pricing, lead times, and specifications in any quote are valid only for the period stated in the quote document.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Werco Manufacturing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

Confidential Information

Technical drawings, CAD files, specifications, and other proprietary information submitted through the Site will be treated as confidential. Werco Manufacturing maintains strict confidentiality protocols consistent with our ITAR registration and AS9100D certification. We will not share your proprietary technical data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Werco Manufacturing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claims related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Site (if any).

Export Compliance

Werco Manufacturing is ITAR-registered and complies with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Users of the Site agree not to use any information obtained from the Site in violation of U.S. export control laws.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
