Rack fabrication, wiring & finishing
Data Center Fabrication
Custom rack assemblies, cabinet components, and structural frames for OEMs and integrators. Coordinate fabrication, machining, finishing, and wiring around your build package.
WHY WERCO
One coordinated manufacturing scope.
Bring your drawings, bill of materials, and production quantities. Plan cut and formed panels, structural frames, machined interfaces, coatings, and assembly together with our team. Review mounting points, cable routes, supplied components, and delivery needs as part of the same manufacturing package.
Define panel and rack wiring, labeling, test procedures, and acceptance criteria before the build. We perform the agreed functional checks before shipment and install supplied PDUs as part of rack assembly; PDU fabrication is outside our scope.
Related processes: rack assembly and wiring, powder coat and EMI shielding, CNC mounting plates and brackets, and laser-cut cable trays and enclosures.

FAQ
Data-center questions
What we fabricate, how we finish it, and where the racks are built.
Yes. We coordinate cut, formed and machined parts, finish, hardware, and panel or rack wiring around your build package. Scope of supply, interfaces, wiring requirements, test procedures, and acceptance criteria are agreed with your team. Rack assemblies receive the agreed functional checks before shipment.
INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING
Bring the enclosure or rack package through assembly
Coordinate cut and formed panels, structural frames, machined interfaces, finish, and assembly against your equipment layout and acceptance requirements.
Bring to the first conversation
- Rack or enclosure drawings, equipment interfaces, bill of materials, and quantities
- Cable routing, access, ventilation, grounding, and finish requirements defined by your design
- Wiring scope, test procedures, labeling, packaging, and phased delivery needs
Use general project information online. Arrange a separate transfer before sharing controlled technical data.
