Operate and maintain tube laser cutting equipment to produce precision-cut tubing and structural components. Set up programs, load material, monitor cut quality, and perform basic machine maintenance.
Operate plate rolling equipment to form steel, stainless steel, and aluminum plate into cylindrical, conical, and curved shapes. Read blueprints, set up rolls, and verify dimensions to meet print tolerances.
Set up and operate CNC press brakes to form sheet metal and plate to print specifications. Program bend sequences, select tooling, and verify formed parts against engineering drawings.

Fit and weld structural and fabricated assemblies from engineering drawings. Lay out, tack, and weld components using MIG, flux core, or TIG processes on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Operate and program fiber laser cutting machines to produce precision components. Develop and optimize nesting patterns to maximize material utilization. Set up laser equipment, adjust cutting parameters, and inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
