About the role
Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials. Prepare and package outgoing shipments in compliance with customer specs and regulatory requirements. Maintain inventory records and coordinate with procurement and production teams to keep manufacturing schedules on track.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills (ERP software, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and shipping documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience in an AS9100/ISO-9001 or regulated manufacturing environment
- ITAR compliance experience
