WORKING WITH WERCO

One manufacturing partner.
A complete plan for your build.

Bring fabrication, machining, finishing, and assembly into one conversation. Start with the work you need delivered; we will review the processes and requirements with you.

FROM COMPONENT TO ASSEMBLY

Plan the interfaces between processes.

The finished part depends on more than a single operation. Discuss machined features on a weldment, masking before coating, or hardware and wiring after finish as part of the same scope.

We work with aerospace, defense, industrial, and data center teams. Start with a component or discuss the complete assembly; the manufacturing sequence is determined by your design and requirements.

YOUR PROJECT BRIEF

What helps us review your project

You do not need every detail to start a conversation. Share what is available and identify open questions. Keep classified, export-controlled, and CUI technical data out of website fields and uploads.

  1. 01

    Define the finished deliverable

Specify individual parts, a fabrication, or a complete assembly. Include the drawing revision, bill of materials, and which items Werco or your team will supply.

  2. 02

    Identify the manufacturing requirements

Provide material grades and specifications, critical dimensions, tolerances, weld details, and mating interfaces. Include a dimensioned drawing alongside the model when available.

  3. 03

Set the finish and assembly scope

List coating requirements, cosmetic surfaces, masking, hardware, wiring, and any customer-supplied components. Define packaging and handling needs for the finished build.

  4. 04

Specify how the work will be accepted

Identify inspection, traceability, first-article, test, and documentation requirements. Include applicable specifications and customer flowdowns so the scope can be reviewed before quoting.

  5. 05

    Explain quantity and timing

Separate the initial order from expected repeat demand. Identify prototypes, pilot builds, production quantities, target delivery dates, and any phased releases.

  6. 06

    Arrange the right file transfer

Ordinary supporting files can go through the RFQ form: up to three files, 100 MB combined. For an NDA, a larger package, or controlled technical data, start with a general description and arrange the transfer with our team.
